I was immediately approached to see if I needed assistance. After looking around I found a 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade. I was unsure of if I was going to buy the vehicle for a few different reasons. One Friday night I was at Patrick Henry Mall and I came out to my Milan only to find that it wouldn't start. I called Mercury's roadside assistance to have my car towed to the closest dealer. Lucky for me, that dealer was Pomoco Lincoln Mercury in Newport News. By the time I got there the service department had closed for the day. Lucky for me, the sales guys at Pomoco got me all taken care of. I left my car with Charles Gallaer, the General Manager, and he let me use one of the dealership's loaners. The next morning I was shocked to get a call from Lee Higgs in the service department telling me my car was fixed and I didn't have to pay for anything! Who even knew, but Pomoco was open on Saturdays for sales AND service! Thanks to Charles and Lee, I had my Milan back for the weekend. Keep up the great work, Pomoco!

(Caveat: I didn't buy a car here. I just had my car serviced at their garage.) I'm not from Hampton, but found myself driving through on a business trip. I had the good fortune to have my car die at the gas station across the street from Pomoco. And I'm serious when I say "good fortune". I walked across the street, explained what happened and the manager of the garage immediately had one of his staff walk back to my car with me with a remote jump. He jumped the car and then I drove back to the dealership. The garage shuffled things around and fit my car into the schedule to have the battery replaced. They were thorough, quick, and unbelievably accommodating. I checked around on the rates for the battery and service after getting home and they were completely reasonable and within market. I cannot thank the staff and mechanics with the service center enough.

I have never purchased a vehicle from here or even service from here but I have never had better service. The first time I went here I was with my wife just looking for a new car for our expanding family and getting an idea what we liked and didn't. The sales agent was friendly even mailed a letter a month later to congratulate me and my wife on our new addition. Later on we ended up buying a Dodge and after owning it for 4 months the oil change indicator popped on which we went ahead and got our oil changed at the location we bought our car from. After the oil change the indicator was still there, fearing the worst (a broken sensor or something) I called the service department wondering if I needed to bring in my car. The service tech explained to my over the phone how to reset the indicator no questions asked. Even staying on the line to ensure that I did the steps correctly. So great job Pomoco and Thank you for everything you have done. With service like this I will be buying my next car from you.
